As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Accurately document patient admissions.
• Monitor bill sizes closely to ensure they fall within existing insurance coverage limits.
• Collaborate with various departments and doctors to provide necessary information and documentation.
• Communicate with patients or payers regarding outstanding bills.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess GCE 'N' or 'O' levels
• Possess good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
