Job Description: Condominium Customer Service Assistant

This position involves handling inquiries, addressing concerns, coordinating services, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. They assist with day-to-day operations to create a functional and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Resident and Guest Relations:
- Respond to inquiries regarding condominium facilities, rules, and policies.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain resident records and update databases.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
- Communicate important notices regarding maintenance, security, or events.
- Address concerns professionally and seek solutions to improve resident satisfaction.
Facility Coordination:
- Schedule and oversee reservations for common areas (e.g., function rooms, gym, pool, tennis court etc).
- Ensure compliance with condominium rules and regulations.
- Assist in organizing community events or meetings.
Security & Safety Assistance:
- Work with security personnel to monitor building access and visitor logs.
- Report safety hazards or suspicious activities.
- Ensure emergency procedures are communicated to residents.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, property management software).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and customer-oriented attitude.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of condominium rules and local housing regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
