• Register patients and schedule appointments
• Assist with self-registration processes
• Handle billing and payment collection
• Attend to patient inquiries and needs
• Manage phone calls and administrative duties
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Roles may require standing/lifting

Qualifications & Requirements

• Min N Levels to Diploma
• Prior healthcare experience beneficial but not mandatory for most roles
• Customer service experience valued across all positions
