Job Description

We are a fast-growing custom apparel company in Singapore, specializing in made-to-order t-shirts, jackets, shirts, and more. We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Client Relations & Sales Executive to manage inbound leads and showroom customers, and coordinate with our Jakarta-based production facility (which is fully owned by us).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Assist walk-in customers with product samples and consultations
• Follow up with leads who haven't responded and help close the sale
• Coordinate with our production team in Jakarta for order details and timelines
• Follow up on outstanding or balance payments from customers
• Maintain customer communication records in our system
• Conduct post-delivery check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor competitor pricing and assist in reviewing or revising our customer price lists accordingly

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, client service, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Friendly, responsible, and organized
• Tech-savvy (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.)
• Bonus (optional): Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia or Malay, to facilitate coordination with our Jakarta-based production team
• Bonus (optional): Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop to assist with simple design edits and mockups

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (On-site)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Work-from-Home)

Salary

• SGD 2,800 - 3,200 per month
• Performance bonuses available based on sales conversion and customer satisfaction
