Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness and availability to work split shifts as required.
