Service Coordinator / Customer Service Executive
  • Working Day: Monday - Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
  • Working Location: Near Pioneer MRT
  • Salary: $2600 - 3300

Job Duties:
  • Attending to incoming calls.
  • Planning and scheduling of outdoor service jobs for service technicians all over Singapore.
  • Attending to customers on service jobs and complaints.
  • Scheduling of daily delivery of goods to customers.
  • Preparing sales/service quotations.
  • Monitoring of customers' outstanding orders.
  • Data entry for service job done.
  • Filing, posting of invoices to customers.
  • Others as and when assigned.

Job Requirement:
  • With relevant working experience.
  • With electrical/electronics background.
  • Training Provided
