Job Scope
  • Assist Customer Service Executive on daily operation.
  • Handles Office Administration, coordination and office support activities.
  • Scheduling of work for customer and service crew.
  • Liaising with customer, contractors and service crew for work arrangement.
  • Generating of quotation to customer.
  • Preparation of contract for existing and new customer.
  • Managing of warehouse and parts.

Requirement
  • Diploma or ITE with minimum 1 year experience.
  • Possess good communication skill and willingness to learn.
  • Candidate with ISO9001 knowledge will have added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) will have added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in FACT ERP will have added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entry-level candidates with positive learning attitude will also be considered.
