Job Title: Export Customer Service Officer - Airfreight
Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Salary: $4000-4500 per month Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle and coordinate all export airfreight shipments, ensuring timely bookings, documentation, and cargo readiness.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents on shipment schedules and requirements.
• Prepare and process export documentation including AWB, export permits, invoices, and packing lists.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delays or issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide regular shipment status updates to customers and attend to enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments such as warehouse and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
• Prepare export documentation including AWB draft
Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in airfreight export operations or freight forwarding.
• Familiar with export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of systems such as Tradenet or Cargowise is a plus.
