Salary: Basic & KPI Incentive ($3,000 - $4000)

Monthly KPI & Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (Phone, Whatsapp etc)

Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and questions in a courteous and professional manner.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Min GCE "O" level certificate

English & Chinese proficiency (verbal and written)

No experience required, training provided
