- Industry/ Organization Type: International Freight Forwarder
- Position Title: Customer Service Executive
- Working Location: East - Tai Seng (Walking distance to the company from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: (9.00 AM-6.00 PM)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3000 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle customer inquiries
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding shipping schedules, booking confirmations, and shipment tracking
- Resolve any issues related to freight forwarding services, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation
- Coordinate with logistics and operations departments to ensure that all customer demands are met efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, recording inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure all outstanding queries are resolved
- Assist with the preparation of documentation related to international shipments
- Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
