JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, or live chats with confidence
  • Record and track customer interactions and solutions
  • Resolve issues effectively or escalate where needed
  • Work with internal teams to follow up on service cases
  • Gain product knowledge and system training
  • Maintain high satisfaction scores through quality service
  • Learn communication and problem-solving skills on the job
  • Make a difference in every customer interaction

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions and remain calm under pressure
  • Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
