Our client is a global leader in gateway services, who is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Specialist (Airport). This position is based in Singapore.

Customer Care Specialist (Airport)

Responsibilities

You will attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.

• Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in according to the various airline requirements.

• Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status

• Assist passengers with odd size bags

• Answer hotline calls on baggage matters

Requirements

• Possess 4 GCE 'N' level credits / 3 GCE 'O' level passes or equivalent

• Professionalism, Patience and a "People-first" attitude

• Comfortable with shift work
