Guest Relations Executive

• Salary: $2,500-$3,500
  Working Days and Timing: 5.5 Days per week, Based on Roster
• Location: Purvis Street

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
• Maintain the highest standard of service quality
• Upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Prepare tables for meals, including set up items such as linen , silverware and glassware
• Taking or orders and serving of food and drinks
• Dealing with bill payment
• Attending to and addressing customer's queries
• Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
• Assist in enforcing staff discipline and compliance to policies
• Able to work on split shift, weekends and public holiday preferred
