Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (After-Sales) to join our team. This role involves handling post-sales inquiries and support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall service quality. The ideal candidate has a background in general insurance products and experience in customer-facing roles such as telemarketing or inbound/outbound customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage after-sales service requests from customers via email and phone, including inquiries from insurance partners.
  • Follow up on No Claim Discount (NCD) matters and assist in renewal processes.
  • Ensure a high renewal closing rate by providing excellent customer service and proactive follow-up.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service KPIs and improve customer experience.
  • Provide product knowledge and assistance related to general insurance offerings.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of general insurance products is required.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, inbound/outbound calls, or customer service is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
