This role involves handling post-sales inquiries and support, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage after-sales service requests from customers via email and phone, including inquiries from insurance partners.
- Follow up on No Claim Discount (NCD) matters and assist in renewal processes.
- Ensure a high renewal closing rate by providing excellent customer service and proactive follow-up.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service KPIs and improve customer experience.
- Provide product knowledge and assistance related to general insurance offerings.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general insurance products is required.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inbound/outbound calls, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
