Job Description:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, networks and other IT equipment.
  • Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with software and hardware problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware set-up, software.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN connections and IT equipment.
  • Tracking and managing IT assets, including inventory and supplies. Implement
  • Administering servers and handling firewall systems.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Min. 2 years' work experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and good knowledge of networking protocols and security practices.
  • Good communication and problem- solving skills.


Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
