Job Description:
Job Requirements:
Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, networks and other IT equipment.
- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with software and hardware problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware set-up, software.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including WAN/LAN connections and IT equipment.
- Tracking and managing IT assets, including inventory and supplies. Implement
- Administering servers and handling firewall systems.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Min. 2 years' work experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and good knowledge of networking protocols and security practices.
- Good communication and problem- solving skills.
