Responsibilities:
  • Perform receptionist and cashiering duties accurately, efficiently and professionally
  • Attend to customers' enquiries and ensure correct information is being conveyed
  • Assist customers in making appointments and ensure appointments made are accurate
  • Ensure customers' satisfaction is achieved by providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Generate reports as and when required
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:
  • Pleasant personality
  • Demonstrates honesty and integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to read and write in English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently.
  • Willing to work retail hours
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
