• Quote and propose air freight solutions to customers
• Coordinate with airlines on rates and bookings
• Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates
• Liaise with vendors eg, DG specialist, fumigation, marine insurance, etc
• Prepare job sheets for Operations to follow up
• Check shipments status / uplift
• Job costing
• Resolve problems when they crop up
Requirements:

- Minimum education in Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics
- Self-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind set
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Good team player
