- L1 Support for Key Business Applications
Provide Level 1 support for S4 HANA modules, CRM system, CPQ, and FSM. - Business Process Improvement
Assist in executing and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes across the organization. - Collaboration with L2 Support
Coordinate with Level 2 teams for issue resolution, including raising required forms, supporting testing, preparing documentation, and facilitating go-live processes. - S4P and S4Q Configuration
- Ticket Management and User Support
- Documentation and Compliance
Maintain comprehensive documentation for Change Request management, including requirement gathering, UAT support, and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma or higher academic qualification is prefarable.
- Knowledge of CRM applications will be added avantages.
