Job Scope:

• Oversee patient registration, appointment coordination, and telephone communications
• Facilitate daily clinic workflows to ensure timely patient care
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
• Responsible for planning and maintaining clinical & service quality
• Address patient inquiries via phone, providing clear and accurate information
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medicines
• Process of billing transactions, insurance claims and payment processing under different government schemes
• Maintain inventory and replenish medical supplies, product and medication

Job Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level or relevant
• At least 2 year of working experience in Gastroenterology setting
• Good patient care and service attributes
