We are expanding and are looking to fill position for: Customer Care Consultant [Part-Time].

Join the dynamic team at Core Concepts Pte Ltd as a Patient Service Associate. In this part-time position, you will be connecting to our potential customers as well as assisting to arrange future appointments with existing customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our valued clients.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling and confirming
  • Connecting with potential clients through given leads and reports.

What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office software.


Working Hours:

Able to commit to
  • 3 Weekdays - 5 Hours each day
  • Sat and Sun - 1pm to 6pm [Working from Home]

$15.00 per hour
