Job Summary:

Working with the sales team, this role is pivotal in delivering exceptional support to clients, ensuring seamless trading experiences, and fostering long-term relationships. This role involves managing inquiries, resolving account and trade-related issues, and guiding clients through brokerage services while adhering to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate combines financial expertise with strong interpersonal skills to maintain client trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Communication
  • Address client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding accounts, trades, and market data.
  • Assist with account onboarding, including KYC documentation and platform tutorials.
  • Educate clients on digital tools (e.g., trading platforms, research portals).

Trade & Account Management
  • Process trade orders, confirm executions, and resolve settlement discrepancies.
  • Monitor account activity for compliance with margin requirements and corporate actions.
  • Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to resolve complex issues.

Issue Resolution & Compliance
  • Investigate and resolve complaints (e.g., trade errors, statement inaccuracies) promptly.
  • Escalate high-risk issues to relevant departments (e.g., Legal, Compliance).
  • Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies and regulations

Client Relationship Management
  • Proactively update clients on market changes, new products, and service enhancements.
  • Collect feedback to improve service quality and contribute to process optimization.

Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate client records in the systems.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and trends.

Other Responsibilities
  • Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in securities/banking services.
  • Knowledge in securities products, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication, analytical problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Candidates with CMFAS certifications are preferred.
