Our client, a leading MNC Asset Management Firm, is seeking for a hands-on Service Desk Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth service delivery across our corporate systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
  • Help manage and troubleshoot network equipment (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  • Support tools like Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Citrix, and financial apps like Bloomberg.
  • Assist with office IT infrastructure including CCTV, video conferencing, etc.
  • Work with vendors for services, procurement, and hardware/software issues.
  • Handle IT onboarding/offboarding for staff.
  • Maintain IT inventory and perform system checks.
  • Apply patches and updates on time.
  • Verify IT-related invoices.
  • Support personal devices used for work access (remote desktop, cloud tools).


Job Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Windows 10/11 support.
  • Good knowledge of networking and mobile device support.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and virtual environments.
  • Exposure to financial services tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work early shifts (from 8:00 AM SGT) when needed.
  • Able to do weekend/public holiday support on a rotating schedule.
  • Minimum 2 years in IT support (Level 1 or 2), ideally in a mid-sized or financial company.
