  • Assist customers with placing and modifying store or grocery orders via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries and feedback regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
  • Proactively cross-sell and upsell products when relevant and appropriate.
  • Provide accurate updates on order status, delivery schedules, and returns due to order cancellations, incorrect items, or duplicate orders on the same day.
  • Work closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure correct order fulfillment and smooth delivery routing.
  • Effectively communicate with delivery personnel to ensure seamless delivery service transitions.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
  • Stay informed on product availability, stock-outs, promotions, and store policies.
  • Generate invoices for orders and purchase orders, and update customers on payment status and policies for tracking and record-keeping based on payment methods and credit terms for close monitoring.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) or credit term orders, collaborate with the Accounts Receivables (AR) team to ensure timely follow-up and close monitoring by the relevant key account personnel.
