Responsibilities:
  • Support sales team in job processing and coordination of orders
  • Issue job tickets and related documents
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and customers to meet delivery schedule
  • Coordinate internally with operations department to ensure customers requests are met in time and accurately
  • Provide admin support to management

Requirements:
  • 'A' level / Diploma and above
  • Able to work independently & a good team player
  • High initiative, hardworking and willing to work long hours
  • Speedy, responsive and like working in a fast moving environment
  • Training will be provided for selected candidate without relevant experience
  • Experience in printing industry an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS office
