Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assist in office operations, i.e., day-to-day administrative and operational duties, data entry of relevant information into database, etc.
• Assist in course administration such as preparation of quotation and invoices, class enrollment, sending course confirmation emails, etc.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of client relationships.
• Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
• Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
• Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.
• Manage billings.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate/Degree in any related discipline
• Technologically-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
• Vocal, optimistic and charismatic personality
• Open to learning and trying new things
Working hours:
• 10-15 hours per week
• At least 5 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00
• Able to commit for more than 3 months (Training will be provided)
Salary:
• $10 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)
• Performance Bonus
