Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in CRM (older versions & D365), on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to define and implement CRM solutions, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

- Translate business needs into CRM functional specifications.

- Conduct workshops to identify gaps and propose solutions.

CRM Implementation & Customization

- Configure and customize CRM applications (older versions & D365).

- Assist in CRM on-premise deployments and system updates.

- Work with developers to optimize workflows, plugins, and integrations.

- Ensure CRM solutions align with business processes and industry standards.

Testing, Training & Support

- Develop test cases and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Train end-users and create system documentation.

- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.

System Maintenance & Data Management

- Monitor batch jobs & scheduling for system automation.

- Manage data integrity, imports, and migrations.

- Assist in mail server configurations and CRM email processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ CRM Expertise -versions (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016) and D365 On premise environments

✔ Business Analysis - Requirement gathering, gap analysis, documentation.

✔ CRM Configuration - Workflows, forms, security roles, and business rules.

✔ SQL Server - Basic querying and understanding of database structures.

✔ Batch Job & Scheduling - Understanding of system automation processes.

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Microsoft Certified (D365, CRM).

Understanding of API integrations with external systems.
