Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in CRM on-premise environments, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Batch Jobs, Scheduling, Mail Server Configurations, C#, APIs, and On-Premise Patch Updates. The ideal candidate will develop, maintain, and optimize CRM solutions while working closely with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Development & Implementation

- Develop and customize CRM applications

- Assist in CRM on-premise deployments and system updates.

- Work on CRM workflows, plugins, and security role configurations.

- Participate in data migration and system integration efforts.

Database & Batch Job Management

- Work with SQL Server databases and optimize performance.

- Develop and maintain stored procedures for CRM applications.

- Implement and monitor batch jobs & scheduling.

API & Integration Development

- Develop C#/.NET-based APIs for CRM integrations.

- Troubleshoot integration issues between CRM, ERP, and third-party applications.

System Maintenance & Security

- Assist in on-premise patch updates and system upgrades.

- Monitor system performance, backups, and recovery plans.

- Implement security policies for data protection and role-based access control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ CRM Expertise - versions (2011, 2013, 2015, 2016) and D365.

✔ SQL Server - Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

✔ Batch Job Management - Scheduling, execution, and troubleshooting.

✔ C#/.NET & API Development - Custom plugins and integrations.

✔ On-Premise System Maintenance - Patch updates and troubleshooting.

✔ Mail Server Configuration - SMTP, Exchange, and email processing.

✔ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications: Microsoft Certified (D365, CRM).
