This position will be responsible for providing a prompt and efficient customer service on handling orders and enquiries to support the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Frontline customer service over telephone, undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondences

- Administer order fulfilment process including sales order entry, arranging and preparing the delivery orders, generate duty payment and collection of payments from customers

- Verify delivery orders and invoice against purchase orders

- Monitor customer's particulars and conduct frequent credit check

- Conduct regular stock counts

- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

- Managing sales reservation Stocks

- Generate duty payment list

- Ensure tidiness of wine cellar, receive and pack stocks for local and overseas deliveries

- Liaise with forwarder and arrange overseas shipments

- Receive overseas stocks, create product codes and enter purchase orders into system

- Co-ordinate with transporter on collection of stocks to overseas

- Create/provide transporter with permits, packing list, invoice, delivery order

- Any other duties related to Sales Support/Customer Service/Logistics
