The Talent
  • No experience required
  • Prior experience in call centres or customer service is a very strong advantage
  • Patient, calm and passionate in assisting customers
  • Decent multi-tasking skills
  • Meticulous, resourceful and committed
  • A fast learner who can apply critical thinking skills and has good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
