Job Responsibilities
• Provide and maintain excellent relationship with clients
• Provide trade support services to customers including market information and performance, provision of fundamental and technical analyses, monitor and advice on client margin calls and facilities, trading limits, solving of out-trades.
• Monitor customer's equity and position limits to ensure no over-trading
• Assist back-office departments in trade-related work, ensure institutional customers' trade confirmations are promptly emailed to the customers.
• Verify, monitor and execute client's enquiries and instructions for futures and options products as per instructions in an accurate and efficient manner
• Communicate with regulators, brokers and middle/back offices on any trading related issues
• Solicit and provide feedback on customers' unusual trading patterns and patterns of movement of funds to Supervisors and Compliance department.
• Conduct research on intraday algorithms to enhance execution quality
• Summarize end-of-day trade execution log and perform daily PnL reconciliation
• Assist in clients' accounts opening when necessary
Job Requirements
• Degree and above preferably in the discipline of finance
• 3 years of experience in trading futures products listed on exchanges
• Multi-asset class knowledge including equities, futures, options, fixed income and FX products would be considered a plus
• Knowledge on online trading platforms
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese due to frequent interactions with China HQ and Chinese speaking clients
• CMFAS Modules M1a/M1b, M2a, M6, M6A certifications will be an added advantage
