Role Summary:
A highly motivated Client Services Executive, positioned within the Client Service team, with the responsibilities that include managing and growing key client accounts, and ensuring success for both the clients and the company. You will oversee an array of turnkey creative projects such as branding, campaign planning and development, content strategy, collateral design, digital asset design, and video productions.

You will oversee an array of turnkey creative projects such as branding, campaign planning and development, content strategy, collateral design, digital asset design, and video productions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and work closely with internal teams on preparing pitch presentations.
- Work with other team members to respond effectively to new business enquiries.
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in and manage meetings and calls with clients, understand and analyse their needs.
- Gather, share and act upon receiving brief or feedback from client.
- Plan and implement market research to develop marketing and creative strategies and tactics that will be appropriate and effective for your clients.
- Develop briefs based on Client's input, sound research, account knowledge and brief assigned creative teams.
- Present and sell tactical creative ideas and work to clients.
- Manage and oversee the preparation of proposals, quotations, timelines and billings for your projects.
- Responsible in managing and keeping teams informed on production timetables, projects on track, using appropriate tracking tools (eg. progress reports, translation and print trackers etc.)
- Responsible for monitoring progress of projects.
- Ensure project delivery meets client expectations and deadlines.
- Facilitate and manage client feedback as an intermediary between client and the company.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications and Marketing or related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the fields of advertising, branding, marketing, creative, technology or related communication fields.
- Highly Client-focused, and proficient in client management and presentation.
- Digitally savvy with a passion for digital communications, marketing and creative solutions.
- Strong creative writing skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and adept at Microsoft 365 Office applications.
- Sharp, commercially aware, driven, creative and analytical to help with business development plans.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
