Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CCTV systems.
  • Provide software application support to hardware systems.
  • Assist customers with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Document and track customer interactions and solutions in the support ticket system.
  • Educate customers on proper usage and best practices for the systems.
  • Conduct routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the surveillance industry.


Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or IT field
  • Experience in technical and software support or a related field, specifically with monitoring and surveillance systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Working Arrangement
  • Working Hours : On-site period - shifts of either 00:00 to 12:00 or 12:00 to 23:59.
  • Working Days : 4 Days On, 4 Days Off Rotation (weekly).


Team Orientation
  • Teams size of at least 5 members.
  • Senior team member will provide training and guidance to junior team member.
