Responsibilities:
- Support with bilingual communication for Japanese and English in business emails, live chat and document validation.
- Translate and interpret written communications between Japanese and English
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to support business needs in both Japanese and English
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
- Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within the company's guideline
- Validation of Business Programs, Orders and Contracts. Request will be via Email
- Review of agreement & orders, ensuring all legal requirement are met.
- Ensure regular update to customer's queries and resolve within stipulated timeline
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Possess JLPT N2/N1 to communicate with stakeholders from Japan
- Problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Strong team player and able to work independently
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
