Responsibilities:
  • Support with bilingual communication for Japanese and English in business emails, live chat and document validation.
  • Translate and interpret written communications between Japanese and English
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to support business needs in both Japanese and English
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Handle escalation and provide appropriate solutions within the company's guideline
  • Validation of Business Programs, Orders and Contracts. Request will be via Email
  • Review of agreement & orders, ensuring all legal requirement are met.
  • Ensure regular update to customer's queries and resolve within stipulated timeline
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:
  • Possess JLPT N2/N1 to communicate with stakeholders from Japan
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to details
  • Strong team player and able to work independently
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
