Remuneration Package:

Salary: Basic & KPI Incentive ($3,000 - $3500)

Monthly KPI & Quarterly Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (Phone, Whatsapp etc)
• Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and questions in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Min GCE "O" level certificate
2. English & Chinese proficiency (verbal and written)
3. No experience required, training provided
