Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them professionally and checking their purpose of visit to ensure smooth coordination and service flow.
• Provide friendly and proactive assistance to customers based on their needs, enhancing their overall service experience.
• Support basic operational tasks such as moving vehicles within the premises and ensuring they are positioned safely and appropriately.
• Assist mechanics and technicians by helping to carry tools, equipment, or parts, contributing to efficient workshop operations.
• Gain valuable hands-on exposure with opportunities to learn basic repair and maintenance skills from experienced technicians.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Relevant experience in driving or automotive operations will be an advantage.
• Without prior experience are welcome to apply - training will be provided for those with a keen interest in the automotive industry.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks such as moving vehicles and assisting with workshop duties.
