Job Description
  • Managing the administration process
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Ensure all customer requirements and needs are fulfilled with proper follow up
  • Coordination within internal business units of Company to ensure fulfillment of job activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure all Company requirements and needs are fulfilled

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (VlookUp, Excel) and able to correspond via email
  • Team player & Customer Oriented
  • Competent, Meticulous and Committed
  • Able to work under pressure and in fast pace working environment
  • Immediate availability
  • Responsible with minimal work supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Software
  • Able to operate competently common office equipment e.g computer, fax,tablet, smartphone and telephone system
