Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist shoppers, tenants, and visitors with inquiries about mall amenities, promotions, events, and store locations.
  • Provide concierge services such as gift wrapping, shopping assistance, lost-and-found handling, and wheelchair/stroller loans.
  • Assist customers with loyalty program registrations, redemptions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails or social media inquiries related to mall services and promotions.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming concierge counter appearance.
  • Support administrative tasks, including report writing and data entry for customer service logs.


Requirement:
  • Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service / concierge / front lobby / hospitality.
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work shift hours.
