Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Service Executive is responsible to formulate resolution and respond in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer service to callers.

Job Requirements:
  • Required to work 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays. Rotating shift.
  • Required to work in shift and shift allowance will be provided accordingly.
  • Adequate telephone skills and proper etiquette.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment due to high volume of inquiries.
  • Have experience in working contact center industry will be an added advantage.
  • No working experience is welcome to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.

Working Location:
  • Woodlands North Coast (Next to Republic Poly)
