  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouses, and transport subcontractors.
  • Understand and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide timely and effective solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and enhance the customer experience.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
