Job Description
The Clinical Systems Implementation Specialist will oversee the deployment of a new EMR system across hospitals in Singapore. This role involves working closely with business users to provide pre- and post-go-live support, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver comprehensive training sessions for end-users. Additionally, the specialist will be a key resource in managing system downtime by providing 24/7 application support on a rostered basis.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuity of clinical systems, including Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM), Cerebral Plus (C+), and other related platforms, by providing clinical support.
• Gather and analyze feedback/requirements to improve the functionality of clinical systems.
• Actively participate in system testing to ensure operational readiness and usability.
• Conduct structured training sessions for end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
• Provide onsite and offsite support during pre- and post-implementation phases and for downtime procedures, as scheduled.
• Offer 24/7 on-call application support to end-users through a rostered system.

What do we require:

• Diploma or degree in a healthcare discipline (nursing, allied health, medicine) or other degree
  Clinical or Healthcare knowledge preferred
