Job Title: Customer Service Officer (ID8275)
Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Working Hour:Mon-Fri, 9:30am to 6pm, work 2 Saturdays per month (9:30am to 12:30pm)
Salary: $2300 - $2500

Job Description:
-Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or via Zendesk.
-Answer queries regarding products or services and provide accurate information about service options.
-Ensure that service records are updated and maintained accurately.
-Monitor the progress of ongoing service requests and provide customers with status updates as needed.
-Coordinate and arrange shipments for products that required for servicing.

Requirement:
-At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in related field.
-Team player with a positive work attitude, meticulous and able to work independently
-Proficient in MS Word & Excel
-Entry level with the right attitude are welcome
