Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
• Process payments accurately at the designated counter
• Respond to customer inquiries with excellent service
• Assist with payment top-ups and other administrative tasks as needed
• Provide support for additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• GCE O Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience
• Proactive, resourceful, and skilled at problem-solving
• Open to working rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours:

• Rotating shift: 4 days work, 2 days off
• 10am to 10pm, 10pm to 10am (2 hours break)
• Company transport provided for West location
• Training and Uniform provided
