Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, and online platforms
• Coordinate limousine and airport transfer services efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any service-related issues
• Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (Chinese-speaking is an advantage)
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Familiarity with transportation or limousine services is an advantage
