Role and Responsibilities
  1. Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
  2. Meeting the set monthly sales target for B21 sign-ups in Singapore.
  3. Client management from the point of first contact in all B21 matters e.g., furnishing lab reports, billing payment issues, emailing agreements, novation of contracts and their completion and any requests by B21 client.
  4. Managing & tracking all B21 leads, follow up calls, consult clients via online presentations, including physical meetings up with clients if requested.
  5. Obtaining closure on all B21 leads to within 6 months, either through renewals or terminations, including ensuring notification of cessation of storage agreement if client does not renew within 6 months.
  6. To ensure completion and timely submission of B21 Agreements or terminations and processing agreements in relevant systems and of upload file into shared drive and scanned system.
  7. To ensure payment duly received for all signed agreements and payment and receipting completed for each B21 transaction.
  8. To furnish monthly reports and update trackers promptly.
  9. To schedule and conduct monthly lab visits for Existing Clients.
  10. To assist with in-house team on phone calls, billing and walk in clients.
  11. Any other duties may be assigned by management from time to time.


Qualifications and Education Requirements
  1. Min Diploma / Degree in Sales/Marketing or Science or related field preferred.
  2. At least 2 years' experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record.

  1. Capable of working and communicating with all levels of people.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
  3. Independent, pleasant, and dynamic personality and a strong Team player.


Additional Notes
  1. Willing to work irregular hours to close deals
  2. Able to work under pressure and meet sales target
  3. 5.5days, Saturday till 1pm
