About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our company and support our IT requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to help others.

5.5 days work week, with Sat being WFH

Office is located at 21 Tuas W Ave, Singapore 638435, 7 Min walk from Tuas West Road MRT station

Salary range: 2.5k-4k

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Maintain and repair company equipment
• Assist with website development and support
• Work with IT teams to implement and maintain company IT systems
• Provide training and support to employees on new technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferably 1-2 year of experience in IT support or a related role. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for IT and information security are welcome to apply.
