  • Assist customers with daily cargo booking across various airline products.
  • Reserve and confirm cargo capacity with airlines while coordinating with customers.
  • Understand the requirements of different airline products and provide appropriate guidance to customers.
  • Manage cargo booking administration, including entering flight reservations into systems/templates and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs, to meet shipment requirements.
  • Track and monitor shipment status, keeping customers informed of updates.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing data.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Will be leading 4 to 5 air freight customer service executives.
