Job description: 

• Work closely and provide support to the team by assisting in the day-to-day administrative work and manage the Customer Service Counter, ensuring that it is well organized.
• Guide shoppers through  app download and installation.
• Provide hands-on support for shoppers during campaign redemptions.
• Work closely with the customer service team and assist in the execution of promotion and redemption programs and member redemptions.
• Handle shoppers’/ tenants’ feedback and enquiries and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints in a tactful and professional manner
• Assist social media winners, verify eligibility, maintain records, and manage inventory with precision.
• Support on-ground campaigns and events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job requirements: 

• Min.  ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder.
• Min. 1 year experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry 
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
