location: sembawang
working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri);
8.30am – 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)
duration: 3 months (extendable)
salary: up to $2k + allowance 

Job Scope:
-Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gaswater heater or appliances.
-Handle customers’ enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation related matter.
-Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails.
--Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
-Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
-Liaise with term contractor on any services lapse.
-Feedback on any difficult/special cases.


Job Requirements:
- Min. nitec or dip in any discipline 
- min 1 year exp in call centre roles
