Salary: up to $2350
Duration: 6 months contract (May - Oct)
Location: next to Bukit Batok MRT
Working hour: 2pm to 10pm: 6-day work week, off day on Thursday (fixed)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Guide shoppers through Rewards app download and installation.
- Provide hands-on support for shoppers during campaign redemptions.
- Handle shoppers’/ tenants’ feedback and enquiries and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints.
- Assist social media winners, verify eligibility, maintain records, and manage inventory.
- Support on-ground campaigns and events, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Min N / O/ A/ Diploma level holder.
- Min 1 year experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
