The company is looking for a candidate to join as a Temporary (2-Year) Call Centre Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote health screening packages and related services, and conduct customer surveys
• Manage and address all external customer queries and issues
• Ensure all emails to clinics and departments are addressed to the designated recipients according to established guideline
• Promote new programs, events, and organizational initiatives through various communication channels

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in Call Centre related roles
• Experienced in using Microsoft office applications
